Our usual schedule of classes and arena use will stay basically the same, and is being updated on the Calendar page on the website as I type. You can save yourself a phone call by checking there first. Of course, I am happy to answer questions about upcoming events, and get your RSVPs for classes.

Note: The Hoof Beats kids have had great success at the Bainbridge Island Saddle Club's schooling shows. These shows are close by, affordable and have proven to be a great way for both kids and horses to get used to being in the show ring. More 2017 dates will be added to the calendar once they are announced. These are one day shows and have classes available for all levels. Advanced riders will be available to coach riders who are just starting out.

June 14-18 Swiftwater - Cascade Horse Shows A-Rated Show - Advanced Level
Note: Younger riders are encouraged to attend with their parents to be a support crew for the older riders, and also to learn what goes on at a Rated Show. RV and tent camping available.
June 19-23 Summer Camp 1 (now taking sign ups!)
June 26-30 Summer Camp 2 (now taking sign ups!)
July 5-9 Hoof Beats Beach Camp
July 14-16 Pacific Crest Outreach - Cascade Horse Shows - Beginner A-Rated Show - All Levels Available
Note: This is the most affordable A-rated show available. It was designed to be an introduction to A-rated shows. Advanced Riders will be available to help the younger riders succeed in their first big show. Classes will also be available for the advanced riders. Riders will also get a chance to go on trail rides and explore the Washington State Horse Park. RV and tent camping available.

August 24-27 Oregon Summer Show in Wilsonville, and the Sonoma Finals
September 6-10 Spruce Meadows Masters - We are going to travel to Spruce Meadows once again this year as spectators, to be inspired by the World's Best Riders.
Sept. 23 Bainbridge Schooling Show
Oct. 7 Bainbridge Dressage Show
I will be adding other clinics and events as we go, but this should get us started on what promises to be a great year! -MG
